Who we are
Xevels is a managed-hosting brand operated under the XEVELS trade name. The responsible party for your data can be reached at helloon.xevels.com.
What we collect
If you contact us through the form, email or phone we collect the details you give us: your name, your email address, and the content of your message.
Anonymous performance measurement
We run Cloudflare Web Analytics so we can measure the critical operations and performance of our web server: page load timings, Core Web Vitals, and aggregate page views. It is anonymous and cookie-less. It measures the page, not the person.
- No personal data. Cloudflare states the service does not collect or use visitors' personal data, and does not track individual end users across sites.
- No profiling, no advertising, no cross-site tracking. We do not build profiles, retarget, or sell anything.
- No query strings logged — so nothing you type into a URL is captured.
- Aggregated retention. Measurements are kept unaggregated for 7 days, then reduced to roughly 10% of their original volume for long-term storage, and are available to us for 6 months.
We use this data for one purpose only: keeping the site fast and available. We do not use it for marketing or to identify you.
Why and on what basis
We use your contact details only to answer your request and, if you become a customer, to provide the service (contract performance and legitimate interest). We keep contact messages for up to 24 months for follow-up, then delete them. Anonymous performance measurement relies on our legitimate interest in operating a secure, reliable website.
Cookies and storage
Cloudflare Web Analytics does not set cookies. We store two functional items: a localStorage flag written when you dismiss the cookie notice, and a session token (PHP session cookie) that protects the contact form against spam. See the Cookie policy.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, export or deletion of your personal data at any time by writing to helloon.xevels.com. We respond within 15 days.
Processors
Hosting runs on infrastructure we operate behind Cloudflare. Submissions to the contact form transit mail servers operated by Xevelopers. We do not sell or share your data with data brokers.
